Considering the amount of change going on in the environment with the introduction of IP telephony, a server consolidation involving virtualization and blade server technologies, a new SAN and ultimately the logistics of a relocation, I was very impressed with their technical and project management capabilities throughout the design and implementation process of what was an extremely successful project.
